Description: 

We are looking for a trainee to take part in the team of Alma Mater Restaurant and the food and beverage department of the Terra Dominicata Hotel

 

Functions list:

 

-Preparation of the breakfast/lunch/dinner service: transform, elaborate and inform about the gastronomic offer.
-Reception of orders
-Development of the orders according to the indicated recipes.
-Organize the materials, utensils, and equipment necessary to prepare the food to offer.
- Stock control for the next service.
-Preparation of the dishes. Supervises food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and proper presentation of food.
-Plan and prepare the production of the day.​

Requirements
Languages: 
English: Independent User B2
Level of Studies: 
Short cycle or equivalent
Skills: 
Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, wood burning top grill.
Proficient technique, knife skills and ability to multi-task.
