We currently have an opening for a commis chef in our family-run Michelin recommended restaurant on the beautiful west coast of Ireland. This is a great opportunity for a hard-working applicant to gain experience and skills in a good quality restaurant.
Duty’s will include; fish and shellfish preparation, vegetable prep, plating, making deserts and ice creams, cleaning and general commis chef duty’s.
We require someone with HACCP training, some kitchen experience, experience filleting fish an advantage.
We require the applicant to speak English and/or French
We will provide a good standard of accommodation with only utility’s to pay
8 month contract from 10 march 2020 to 10 November 2020
1200 euros a month +Tips 200 a month approx.
