General information
We are looking for a creative chef/cook for the preparation of organic, farm to table, healthy, meditarannean meals. Main tasks will be the preparation of the breakfast and dinner for our guests and preparation of preserves according to the season and the available vegetabes.
In particular:
-Preparation of hand made, organic Greek breakfast
-Preparation of four courses dinner (starter, appetizer, salad, main dish, desert)
-Creation of the menu of the week based on the available vegetables and a balanced diet
-Pick of vegetables from the garden
-Food and wine pairing with natural greek wines of our list
-Adaptation of the menu to special diet needs (vegetarian, vegan, glutten free)
-Preparation of preserves (marmalades, fruit preserves, pickles, liqueurs and other drinks)
-Supplies management
-Support to the cooking classes for the guests
Our chef will train the intern to the greek cuisin and our organic farm to table concept. We also provide training for food and wine pairing and preserves making. The intern will also enhance the use of english in culinary terms.
