Join Workspace Coworking as a Community Host Intern! 

In anticipation of a significant change this year, we invite you to be a part of our journey. As we transition to a new building, we are seeking two dedicated individuals for the role of Community Host Intern. The internship involves being present in the coworking facilities Monday to Friday for either the morning or afternoon shift (5 hours) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Starting date in March 2024 and the duration can be discussed individually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to coworkers, resolving inquiries and incidents.
  • Welcome and assist guests and new clients with professionalism.
  • Efficiently manage new correspondence and internal communication systems.
  • Respond promptly to information requests via email.
  • Contribute to event organization, aligning tasks within your schedule.
  • Oversee the reservation calendar for optimal space utilization.
  • Monitor meeting room reservations, ensuring compliance and adjustments.
  • Maintain a well-equipped and comfortable environment in common areas.
  • Conclude daily operations with attention to closing tasks for efficiency and security.

Your Profile:

  • A customer-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates creativity, positivity and a keen willingness to learn.
  • Proactive, independent, and reliable in executing responsibilities.
  • Proficient in English (B1+) and Spanish (B1+)
  • Previous experience in event organization is advantageous
  • Copywriting experience is considered a positive attribute
  • Possesses strong computer and online communication skills

Working hours in two shifts:

  • 25 hours per week (9 am - 2 pm or 3 pm - 8 pm)
