Description: 

The community manager will be the face of Join Us with third parties (Universities, customers, suppliers, sponsors, allies, etc) through the different media available of the organization, the manager will send the message to reach the specific public.

 

III.  RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Representation of "the online presence" of Join Us

  2. Create groups, blogs and communities in social media.

  3. Communicate and answer users of groups, communities and member forums from join us

  4. Create and manage databases.

  5. Mail marketing

  6. Keep up to date of the different fairs and activities of private and / or state organizations that may interest Join Us.

  7. Support the external communication of the organization.

  8. Monitor online conversations and actively participate in them.

  10. Acquire knowledge of the tourism and entertainment sector (events and parties).

  11. Contribute to the creation of BTL campaigns.

  13. Create written content in an appropriate way for the different channels that Join Us manages (Blog, social networks, mail, etc.) in order to effectively and adequately communicate the message that we want expressed.

VII.REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES

 

Academics: Professional or student of last semesters of communication, social communication, digital marketing, publicity.

Languages: English 50% and Spanish 50%

Experience (Not mandatory):Communication, creation of BTL campaigns, mail marketing and network marketing.

 

VIII. IMPORTANT DATA

Term: 3 to 5 meses

Time: July to November

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Schedule: To be agreed, according to the planning and development

Incentives: 8% commission on sales of services. Being able to earn up to 500,000 Colombian pesos.

Travel "for free" for Colombia. Discount in accomodation.
