Description
Position: Coordination Assistant
Where: Split, Croatia
When: Flexible
 
Your responsibilities would include:
Gathering topics for a staff meeting from the entire team
Preparing agenda for a weekly staff meeting
Writing down the minutes of the meeting
Organizing and maintaining our project management tool
Creating summaries about clients
Sending thank-you messages to clients
Periodic follow ups with clients
 
You are a perfect candidate if:
You have completed a Bachelor’s degree
Your speaking and written communication in English are excellent
You are organized, communicative, punctual and dedicated to meeting weekly deadlines regularly
You are an extremely kind, patient, and dedicated person who is happy to help others
You learn quickly and are flexible
