•Prepare: set-up Tolteck in order to be ready to launch in the german market . Adapt commercial website, AdWords, CRM and support organization, activation and monetization processes, product
•Launch: get the first 100 paying customers. Understand the customers, improve tools and processes to foster growth, make sure all customers are huge promoters
•Scale: Recruit talents for scaling Tolteck efficiently in the german market.
