welcomePAX is a B2B OTA dedicated to groups travel. We help tour-operators and DMCs find and book the best services to build their groups’ trips. Our technology and our large catalog of services (restaurants and shows) through Europe make the travel agents save time on travels providers acquisition and focus on trips building. We are planning to lunch three other categories by the end of the year, and we are looking for smart and hardworking people to help us within this acceleration.

Job description

Do you want to be responsible for business development in a new country or region ? Are you able to think and implement new strategies for the development of the company ? You are versatile and like challenges ? If you answer YES to these questions, you might be the Country manager  we are looking for!

What you'll do?

> Expanding welcomePAX's presence and services across Indian agencies and tour operators ;

> Taking ownership of all aspects of the company's investment and growth in India

> Establish and develop strategic partnerships for company growth and improvement of sales ;

> Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level relevant to the business ;

> Present reports regarding budgets, sales development, new business leads, and regulatory compliance ;

What you'll need

> A first experience with sales and/or customer success ;

> A good comprehension of the India market regarding its travel needs and habits ;

> Entrepreneurial drive, leading skills and the ability to adapt and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment ;

> Fluent in English and Hindi, French is a plus ;
