Platform Stockholm is a key player at the intersection of contemporary art and digital innovation, located in the vibrant Lövholmen area, south of Södermalm in Stockholm. We are now seeking an intern to join our team for a pivotal role that encompasses gallery production and studio administration. This internship is unique, offering an in-depth educational experience within an operational art organization. We are committed to educational growth and offer this position as part of an academic program, ensuring it is a rewarding component of the intern's educational journey.
Internship Highlights:
During this period, Platform Stockholm, in collaboration with our sister organization Aldea in Norway, will conduct an artistic research program and produce two group shows. This initiative will allow the intern to engage deeply with both the technological aspects of international collaboration and the hands-on processes involved in constructing, managing, and deinstalling contemporary fine arts exhibitions. It's a rare opportunity to gain comprehensive insight into both the artistic and operational sides of running successful international art exhibitions.

Studio Administration: Handle administrative duties for our artist studios, including contract organization, bureaucracy management, social relations, and system refinements.
-
Artistic Research Program & Group Shows: Participate in the planning and execution of our artistic research program and the production of two group shows, providing a holistic view of the intricacies involved in international art exhibitions.
