Beyond Words is a language school based in Montpellier, France.
We're looking for a person willing to join the team in the customer care branch.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering the emails and the calls from the clients
- Automatizing the follow-up process
- Creating the end-of-the-training diplomas
- Hold product demos with potential prospects
Most communication is held in French, so a good level is necessary. Since the company is expanding abroad, some tasks in English might be required.
Since the contract lasts 6 months, we will cover the expenses that go beyond your Erasmus subsidiary.
We will refund the travel expenses (tram to come to the office) and will provide 100 euros ticket restaurant per month.
