Customer Care Intern with Spanish or French or German

Cosmo is a leading educational consultancy organisation with offices in Bulgaria, Europe and Dubai, UAE, Middle East. We have expansion strategies of opening 4 more offices in Croatia, Macedonia, Romania and Ukraine in next 2 years. 

We are now seeking a Customer Care Intern with Spanish/ French or German, who will develop and maintain strong relationship with our clients by:

• Maintain positive relationships with clients
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries related to our services
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Motivation for success and achieving targets 
• Fluent in Spanish/ French/ German
• Good level of English
• Friendly and communicative person
• Responsible and well-organized person, who knows how to make things happen and is not afraid to take decisions
• Analytical mind with a doer attitude - you will be expected to perform, not only brainstorm
