We are a company that specialises in the provision of housing for (international) students and young professionals in the middle and upper segments. Over the past year our company has grown tremendously and in the next five years, University Housing will become one of the Netherland's leading players in this field.
The University Housing team consists of enthusiastic and hardworking people who like to share knowledge and develop their personal and professional skills. During your internship, you will assist the Gust Support team with communicating with tenants through the University Housing App, email, telephone, to handle and solve inquiries effectively with the help of stakeholders in order to build and maintain successful relationships with all our tenants. You will get the opportunity to research and to improve current operations. Also we provide qualitative guidance to reflect your learning objectives every couple of months.

During your internship, you are assigned the following tasks:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers via telephone and email.

You will be responsible to solve problems regarding bookings, enquiries and delivering the best customer service to our customers.

Your job is to advise our customers in a personal way and you delive high-quality service via our support platforms.

You respond to challenging questions from customers to property owners.

You are able to solve problems in a quick, unique and efficient way by getting in touch with the right person or team.

Always be two steps ahead.

You handle tasks in a social and confident manner.

Optimise processes concerning the handling of complaints.
Minimum experience, education & skill requirements:

You must currently be studying for a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management studies or any other relevant educational degree.

You must be able to work at least 40 hours per week.

You must have a good written and spoken skills of the English language (speaking Dutch is an advantage).

You are familiar with MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
