Sensaterra is a European marketplace offering tea, coffee, hot chocolate, equipment, and accessories directly from independent specialists to all hot beverage lovers. We select the best roasters, tea manufacturers, chocolatiers and hot beverage equipment/accessories professionals to make these products accessible in France, Italy, and Germany. Sensaterra believes in creating a platform that gives visibility to artisans that produce high-quality products with transparent and ethical methods.

We are looking for a Customer Hero to develop and be fully in charge of our German clients. You will join our adventure from the beginning and contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will also work in a multicultural company & office (job based in the city center of Paris).

As a Customer Hero, you will oversee the German before and after sales for customers on Sensaterra:

  • Customer Support: You will oversee the before and after sales care of our customers or potential customers: give advice on their product research and guide them on their full purchasing journey. You will also help the customer on the after-sales to sustain a 100% satisfaction rate on Sensaterra.
  • Logistics: Prepare the packages that need to be sent to clients, coordinate the pickup of the packages, and assist clients with potential logistic related topics.
  • Process optimization: You will help improve the Customer Support department: find the right tools, create the right processes, optimize these processes, and collaborate with the other teams.
  • Right Hand of the Manager: You will work directly with your manager on several tasks: customer support, product development, account management and more: gather information, find the best solutions, and share these with other teams.

Required profile

  • You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated to be a part of an ambitious start-up launch and growth
  • You are a POSITIVE person: there is no problem, only a solution!
  • You already have sales or customer support experience (or feel you can do it!)
  • You enjoy human relations. You are dynamic and motivated!
  • German is your mother tongue
  • You are good in English
  • Extra points: good in French and\or Italian
  • You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market
