We are looking for an intern to develop and strengthen customer relations and take over the social media accounts.

Duties:

  • Providing an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them
  • Answering questions, suggestions, and remarks from clients
  • Receiving and dealing with customer claims
  • Copywriting for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
  • Manages the company's social media accounts and posts content
  • Planning and adhering to content calendars to schedule posts on different social media platforms

Requirements:

  • A university student majoring in either advertising, marketing, or communications
  • Understanding either German, English, or Turkish
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • You are a fantastic team player, inspire peers and communicate clearly and effectively
  • You have high adaptability, flexibility, and commitment supported by a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
