Description: 

SULION is a top ceiling fans & lighting brand in Spain, based in Torrejón, Madrid.

We are actively seeking a Sales Assistant with French (native or bilingual), German is a big plus.

You will play a pivotal role in bolstering the effectiveness of our e-commerce channels. In this role, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries regarding products, orders and deliveries.

This position offers possibilities to experiment with Digital Marketing, so if you have relevant knowledge or experience, your involvement will be even more significant.

Following a six-month trial period, we are highly inclined to extend a contract offer, so we kindly request that you apply only if you intend to remain in Madrid for at a couple of years and if you speak Spanish well enough.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the supplier's portal on e-commerce platforms.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers who have purchased our products.
  • Provide guidance on order status, warranty information, and logistics details.
  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales and post-sales process.
  • Assist in the launching of marketing initiatives.
  • Managing operations within the internal ERP system.

 

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French
  • Medium level of proficiency in German & Spanish.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
  • Basic administration skills.
