For our Customer Service internship, day to day duties in the office will involve assisting with general customer service duties, liaising with clients and other organisations and using customer management relationship software. Other essential tasks include speaking to clients on the telephone, corresponding the clients by email and liaising with internal staff members.


This position is perfect for anybody who is interested in: Business Management, Business Administration.

To be successful within this role you would need to:

  • Get positive feedback from colleagues and clients they are working with

  • Have assisted with general business development projects

  • Provide support to the senior management team

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Have customer service related work experience, preferable

  • Have customer service related academic qualifications, preferable

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office


Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal English communication, excellent interpersonal and prioritisation skills.


The person chosen will have high levels of emotional intelligence, will be person-centred and empathetic, as well as an experienced IT user.
