Customer Service Representative with Portuguese Language
Description of activities
The student will be able to learn the operation of a Rural Tourism portal and will participate in different areas within the Department. The tasks for the Trainee are the following:
Review the quality of web content.
Engage with customer through calls and emails.
Expand the offer of accommodation.
Minimum 3 months
Beginning of training
Weekly working hours
39 hrs/week. Monday to Friday
Variable finnancial support form 350 to 390 Euros per month depending on the working hours.
Tourism/ Business/ Languages
Customer Service experience will be a plus.
Portuguese B2, English B1.
Good comand of iInternet tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft windows application, Outlook, Excel and willing to learn the internal reservations software.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels & team working.
