Description: 

We are a young and dynamic B2B company that allows customers to experience the amazing city of Barcelona through ticket sales of tours and activities.

We work with the main attractions of the city including Parc Güell, Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlló. We are also official agents of FC Barcelona. We are looking for young and motivated people to join our team.

Tasks:
- Managing social media accounts
- Customer service online, telephone and in person
- Web editing
- Managing tickets sales
- Managing refunds
- Controlling availability.
- Sales and promotion
- Front desk

Requirements:
- Good level of English
- Spanish would be an advantage as any other language
- Positive and proactive, good decision making skills
- Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop would be an advantage but this is not a requirement.
