What are we looking for:

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to adapt to fast-changing situations. Being a team player as well as having excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Fluency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is a plus.

 

What we offer:

Responsibilities:

 

You will work closely with your sales colleagues to realise new commercial opportunities. You will collaborate with our clients to successfully integrate our service into their products and services. You will develop and nurture long-term relationships with our business partners and clients. You will track and assess the health of client relationships and develop and execute plans to help grow our commercial relationships and improve service performance.

 

  • Develop and manage client portfolios.

  • Help develop a detailed implementation plan at the start of every new commercial relationship.

  • Work closely with the product and IT teams to deliver client and user feedback, optimize user uptake of the service and constructively respond to any feedback.

  • Supporting our customers through various communication channels.

  • Working to targets and helping to reduce churn
