Description: 

The Pedagogical Innovation Centre (PIC) is pleased to offer an internship opportunity for a Customer Support role. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Managing emails and phone calls
Management of training courses in Google Drive
Course logistics
Administrative work
Management of Erasmus documents, Europass, etc.

Requirements:

C1 level of English
Excellent organizational skills
Access to a computer and Internet
Location: Braga, but the work is remote
