Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with international B2B customers via phone/email,
  • Processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems
  • Contact with clients in foreign language (depending on project),
  • Active support other teams in increasing their capacity

Desired Skills

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of French or German or Bulgarian or Danish or Finnish
  • Good knowledge of English language (both spoken and written),
  • Ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn,
  • Drive for development in Customer Service area and willingness to work in internationally-open environment.
