Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with international B2B customers via phone/email,
- Processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems
- Contact with clients in foreign language (depending on project),
- Active support other teams in increasing their capacity
Desired Skills
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of French or German or Bulgarian or Danish or Finnish
- Good knowledge of English language (both spoken and written),
- Ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn,
- Drive for development in Customer Service area and willingness to work in internationally-open environment.
