Description: 

Customer Support Specialist with Danish/Czech/German/Hebrew 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage incoming telephone and e-mail customer's queries to ensure excellent service standards
  • Provide product/ services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Communicate in positive manner with team members and business partners

What we expect?

  • Fluent knowledge of one of the languages: Czech/Danish/German/Hebrew
  • Communicative knowledge of English min. B1
  • Availability to shift work
  • Experience in a similar position will be an advantage
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge
