Description:
Customer Support Specialist with Danish/Czech/German/Hebrew
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage incoming telephone and e-mail customer's queries to ensure excellent service standards
- Provide product/ services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communicate in positive manner with team members and business partners
What we expect?
- Fluent knowledge of one of the languages: Czech/Danish/German/Hebrew
- Communicative knowledge of English min. B1
- Availability to shift work
- Experience in a similar position will be an advantage
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge
