Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a data enthusiast to gain hands on experience with this fast-growing host who provide next-generation ecommerce analytics software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for retailers and manufacturers. Mentored throughout, you will be responsible for providing tailored actionable insight to customers, to ensure maximum sales and profitability. You will also assist in producing analysis and insight for distribution in host company white papers, blog posts, infographics, and presentations. Synthesizing and interpreting data and drawing clear conclusions
Supporting the EMEA Strategy and Insight Analysts in delivering customer insight and presentations
Liaising with customer success and technical teams, to ensure data accuracy and quality
Developing new ways of improving the team’s analytical and presentation capabilities through use of Python / Power BI / Tableau

Personal Skills
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher-level qualifications involving data analysis
Demonstrable experience of data analysis within their academic studies required
Ability to create clear, insightful insight presentations (PowerPoint) from data analysis
Good knowledge of Power BI
Basic knowledge of Python / SQL
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excel and PowerPoint at an Intermediate level
Fluency in English
