Design, Marketing, Communication & Customer Support Intern

The Intern's Role - Main Responsibilities:

1. Online and offline outreach to influencers - bloggers, vloggers, social media, traditional media to place samples, get feedback and reviews (target audiences - primarily students, professionals).

2. Working with the Marketing Manager, you would help create content for social media/ web that would drive traffic.  This could include blogs, vlogs or other media you create.

3. Brainstorming with the marketing and design team on overall strategy and communication points.

4. Responding and resolving customer issues (training the customer service Bot).

5. Presenting your plan and progress at staff meetings.

Person specification - Essential:
 

It would be essential you have a portfolio of work and/or experience with digital marketing - examples and success stories.
 

It would be essential that you could do these tasks:

• Visual & Web Editing (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, web) - create banners, buttons, graphics, landing pages and mini-websites.

• Video Editing (and editor) - creating attractive vlog segments and mini-ads.

• ​Copyrighting & Content Writing (any software) for marketing, SEO and advertising.

Person specification - Desireable:

Design, Communications or Marketing background.

Detail-oriented. 

An interest in health and food supplements in general.

Optional:

Foreign Language skills welcomed!

Support:

Management Support:  You will have direct access to the general manager and your line-manager.  From day one, you will go through an on-boarding process that is clearly documented, that allows you to meet all the members and be given clear direction, encouragement and support.   You will be part of weekly meetings with the general manager and daily with your line-manager.

Training: 

We have an extensive resource of in-house training materials (and SOP’s) that will equip you with skills helpful in this position and your career into the future.

For example, you will be given specific training related to the tasks you undertake, such as;

1. How to write a blog post that will be ranked #1 on Google, or 

2. How to outreach and work with influencers, or 

3. How to phrase questions and answers so that a customer service BOT could use.
