ONLY ERASMUS PLACEMENTS We are looking for interns willing to develop communities for our clients' businesses in sustainability field, to educate the public to understand better the consequences of a throwaway society. The activity of a community manager will have the following responsibilities:- Market research: Identifying and immersing yourself in communities of Romanian (online) communities of eco-aware people to discover clients interested in zero waste products- Propose a strategy on how to build and engage a community of responsible, green families and individuals- Turn the strategy into a plan and execute that plan by creating content, responding to incoming requests and proactively reaching out to the community while communicating our brand and values You will learn: - how to grow and scale any type of business s/he will decide to develop in the future: tools, steps, strategy, methodology - gain deep knowledge in zero waste brands/products and businesses - become an influencer and a mentor for newly joined members of Esti Verde community
