I. GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Job title: Digital Graphic Designer

  3. Report to (position of Immediate Chief): Social Media Manager

II. MISSION OF THE POSITION

The "Graphic Designer" will be responsible for the planning, production and development all graphic pieces and contents for  the digital platforms from the organization (Web page, social networks, among others)

 

 III.  RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design of graphic pieces

  2. Design the image of all events and trips organized by Join Us.

  3. Creation of graphic content to feed the website

  4. Design all advertising material.

  5. Development of animations for digital content

  6. Production and editing of videos.

  7. Create the image of mass emails and whatsapp (Mail and Wahtsapp marketing)

  8. All activities related assigned by the boss

  • Constant contact with the community manager and Social media manager

  • Effective communication with the other members of the organization.

 

VII.REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES

Academics: Professional or student of last semesters of Graphic Design.

Languages: English 50% and Spanish 50%

Experience (Not mandatory): Digital design, content production.

 

VIII. IMPORTANT DATA

Term: 5 months

Time: July to December

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: To be agreed, according to the planning and development

Incentives:

Lodging

8% commission on sales of services. Being able to earn up to 500,000 Colombian pesos.

Travel "for free" for Colombia. Discount in acommodation.
