We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Customer Relations Assistant manager in Tourism Freelance 100% remote work

Missions

Digital Marketing :

• Content marketing, copywriting by writing content on social networks, our blog, landing page, newsletters/email, white papers but also for video scripts.

• Participating in the marketing strategy.

• Rewriting and/or writing textual content for our websites, optimising the SEO strategy in English and French

• Developing new pages for the websites

• Create other online content (videos, podcasts, articles)

Customer relationship management & booking

• Checking and answering emails

• Answering questions and phone calls and WhatsApp

• Handle booking requests, send quotes

• Respond to customer reviews

• Posting photos on FB and sending emails

• Checking weekend and evening bookings

• Ensure there are enough guides for the tours

• Let the guides know how many people they will have on the tours

• Manage cancellation of bookings

• Check and manage availability of bookings

• Communicate and cooperate with the team to achieve a common goal

Event management :

• Manage and organise experiences and events
• Work with management to develop new events and tours.
• Acquire new partners for business development and sustain relationships (email, phone and meeting)

You must be :

• Fluent in English and French C1 to C2
• Have a perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written, high level of communication skills
• Be flexible and multi-task

• Have digital marketing SEO skills, copywriting
• Work independently
• Be flexible and available

Salary:

This will be discussed at the end of your recruitment process. It depends on your training and your level of education.
