Digital Marketing Internship :

 

Internship Terms:

  • Duration: 3-6 months unpaid Internship

  • Working hours: part-time 3 days a week with free time to experience Berlin

  • Start date: looking for end-of-March start, but flexible (recruitment during all year)

  • Candidate must be progressing into their 4th or 5th year of studies

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the Berlin and must also be available for a Skype interview

Tasks:

  • Define our marketing strategy across all channels and translate our overall company goals into marketing goals and KPIs

  • Drive digital marketing positioning (localisation of Website, SEO, digital campaigns)

  • Increase Brand Awareness

  • Execute online and offline marketing campaigns in order to fill an grow the lead pipeline with high-quality leads

  • Produce high quality content for our customers such as whitepaper, case studies, blog, videos

  • Develop marketing plan including recommended tactics

  • Measure and increase performance of all of the activities and campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs) and adjust strategy and activities based on that

  • Understand our customers- who are they, what problem do they have. Design and build tailored marketing campaigns to reach them

 

Your profile:

  • Knowledge about strategic marketing paired with execution skills

  • Basic experience in setting up, managing and continuously improving performance-orientated marketing strategies in a digital business

  • Ability to grow a qualified lead pool and to target the right prospects

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and able to adapt to change

  • Knowledge about how to run successful Marketing campaigns and building a brand from scratch

  • Growth Mindset: you continuously keep learning and implement your new knowledge as well

  • Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful post to using effective storytelling techniques

  • digital marketing, social media and communication studies / experience

  • ability to boost the company’s and personal accounts social presence

  • Creativity. Able to think of new approaches to communicating ideas and to tailor their message to the specific requirements of different social media sites

  • Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects

  • An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately

  • Excellent team work and networking skills

  • Important: Being fluent in English is necessary, German is a plus

The internship is unpaid. It can be part-time and remote. The duration is flexible 3-6 months and the starting date as well.
