Active Rainbow is an educational platform and community of people that celebrate personal growth and inclusivity. Through our work, we contribute to the field of inclusive education for LGBTQIA+ youth and sustain an engaged and connected network of organisations and individuals, who aim to strengthen capacities and foster cooperation and cross-cultural exchange. 

 

We work at a local, national, European, and international level to contribute to the creation of a world where diversity is welcomed and celebrated as a value. To pursue that, we focus on visibility, believing that it is crucial to inspire action and make a change.

 

Active Rainbow is now looking for a Digital Marketing intern.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Someone who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community or an ally;

  • Open minded, creative, willing to cooperate and communicate with other people; 

  • Resourceful, with team spirit; 

  • Passionate about human rights, diversity and eager to implement active participation and community building;

  • Interested in social media management and digital marketing.

 

What will you do

Social media:

  • Create content (posts, stories) to promote the activities, projects, events and news of the organisation mainly on Facebook and Instagram (possibly also in tiktok);

  • Support the improvement of the social media strategy and social media visual identity of the organisation;

  • Produce visual content (photo or video) that promotes the activities and events of the organisation and its community.

Digital marketing:

  • Promote the events/activities of the organisation in different platforms to reach our target groups;

  • Come up with new ideas to contribute to the growth of the organisation, reaching new followers and the target group (local and international).

NGO activities:

  • Assisting with the management of international projects; 

  • Assist with the preparation of dissemination activities such as trainings, workshops and expert meetings; 

  • Assisting in the organisation and facilitation of local activities in our community;

  • Contributing to creating and organising their own activities, projects and initiatives;

  • Provide input to and assist in writing and editing material, including publications, reports and briefings related to international projects; 

  • Developing your own personal project according to your interests;

 

Requirements:

Must be eligible for Erasmus+ fundings.

Good level of English - all activities will be held in English.
