Join our innovative startup, a sustainable and luxury real estate agency, as a Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and brand awareness across key platforms. Your main responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content (posts, reels, videos, and stories) for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. Utilise provided photographs, videos, and articles to develop engaging, visually appealing, and SEO-optimised content. Format and repurpose existing content for various platforms to engage our audience and drive traffic. Use tools like Canva for content creation and editing.

Curate and Share Relevant Content: Identify and ethically share high-quality, relevant content from other creators and influencers that aligns with brand values and follower interests, ensuring to request permission and provide appropriate credit.

Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with influencers and potential collaborators on each platform to foster relationships and build a community.

Lead Generation: Reach out to potential client leads and collaborators such as real estate agents, architects, finance professionals and sustainability experts via our social platforms.

Database Management: Build and maintain a database of key contacts including journalists, real estate agents, sustainable architects, and other relevant professionals.

Listing Management: Upload and manage property listings on our Wix website, WhatsApp Business account, and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

Newsletter & Blog Support: Assist in drafting, formatting, and translating monthly newsletters and blog articles based on provided guidelines and content. Focus on layout, content management, and SEO optimization.

Press Release Support: Help draft and formatl press releases according to provided templates and guidelines. Assist with content preparation and distribution.

Additional Tasks: Support any ad-hoc projects related to digital marketing and social media as needed, contributing to increasing our following and building a strong online presence through creative strategies and campaigns.
