Digitial Media Management Intern is responsible for the dissemination of activities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. Interaction with followers is also an essential part of the task.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Execution and dissemination of online content across various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Organize social media campaigns.
  • Communicate with professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

 

ILA is looking for interns who have:
 

  • Ability to travel abroad
  • Strong digital skills
  • Management skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Good command of Dutch (is an asset)

 

The intern recruitment process includes the following phases;
 

  • Identification of the hiring needs.
  • Preparing the job descriptions.
  • Vacancy announcements.
  • Screening and shortlisting.
  • Interviewing.
  • Evaluation and offer of internship.
  • Introduction and induction of the new intern
