Thanks to European integration process, we can fly to a lot of place almost for free. Thanks to the EU, we don`t need visa and any barriers to visit all EU member states! Thanks to the work of many educational experts for the last 30 years, it exists now a hundred of non-formal tools which support the development of young people potential through social entrepreneurship for example.

But the opportunity to get useful knowledge about this topic is limited. For this reason and many others, we collect the positive values of European integration and its new idea: the social entrepreneurship. And we, Institute Perspectives, choose to create and organise a special traineeship course by removing the bureaucracy procedures and by using the principles of social entrepreneurship.

We invite you to join us from the 1th July 2020 to the 30th September 2020.

But where?

In Svishtov?

Svishtov? Where is it?

It’s a town in the North of Bulgaria, on the Danube river’s side, at the border with Romania where a great team came together and became trainers in the field of social entrepreneurship. And This summer, we decided to hold a course about it in order to share our knowledge and competences with everyone who’s interested in it.

But why social entrepreneurship?

The labour market is widely spread in Europe but it is still difficult for young people to enter in it. Entrepreneurship is a good way to push young people to become more productive and taking more initiatives. But a new idea became obvious to Institute Perspectives. Why entrepreneurship couldn’t be social? What will it bring to Svishtov and all the people trying to put in place that sort of entrepreneurships?

This idea intents to push young people to take initiatives, to be more creative, solidary and to have a sustainable development. Social entrepreneurship allows youths to be better integrated in social and professional life.

What is the benefits?

  • Interns will learn how to create a model of social entrepreneurship with the support of Institute Perspectives’ trainers.
  • But first, you will need to know the difference between entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship.
  • You will acquire many professional competences such as communication skills, adaptation in light of constraints, teamwork and individual work.
  • You will boost your employability and you will have a better social inclusion within the framework of labour market.
  • You will learn about financial system ability and acquire marketing skills.
  • You will see the difference there is between a boss and a leader and you will learn also how to build partnerships.
  • You will have to be creative and resourceful with a social vision.

How will these goals carry out?

  • This internship will use non-formal education to implement its ideas about social entrepreneurship.
  • For a better impact, it is important that the trainees are willing to be fully part of the practices, methods and experiences proposed. They need to be actors of this course as much as the trainers for purposes of understanding and learning better about social entrepreneurship.

All these goals will be implemented through brainstorming, canvas, group works, presentations, shared space, creative workshops, drama theatre, discussions, nodes, simulations, role-playing games including ice-breaking and energizers concentrated on multicultural aspects.
