Sensaterra is a European marketplace offering tea, coffee, hot chocolate, equipment, and accessories directly from independent specialists to all hot beverage lovers. We select the best roasters, tea manufacturers, chocolatiers and hot beverage equipment/accessories professionals to make these products accessible in France, Italy, and Germany. Sensaterra believes in creating a platform that gives visibility to artisans that produce high-quality products with transparent and ethical methods.
You will join the adventure from the beginning, and contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will work in a multicultural company & office (job based in the city center of Paris). As an E-merchandising Intern, you will help develop the e-merchandising back-office & create the catalogue for the website. You will be working in direct collaboration with the Head of Marketing and e-Merchandising, one of Sensaterra’s Co-Founders. As such, you will conduct the following workstreams:
- Product integration: prepare, write, and design partner product catalogues online
- Optimization & improvement of the website & product catalogue (categories, product pages, wording, features, product filters and algorithms for consumers…)
- Photo & video shoots to get a perfect visual consistency on the website & social media
- Catalogue strategy: quality page analysis & forecast about partner sales & performance in relationship with their catalogue and offers
- Optimizing the product pages in collaboration with the Sales Team
- Helping to write content about the products
Preferred Experience
- You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated to be invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth
- Your love reviewing and analyzing sites for areas that can be improved and optimized. Excel is your best (or at least good) friend
- You already have E-Merchandising experience (or feel you can do it!)
- You enjoy human relations. You are dynamic
- German or English is your mother tongue
- Having notions of French and/or Italian is a plus
- You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market
- You have experience in collaborating, presenting, and reporting to/with team members
