Description: 

Godsil Education, a leading educational consultancy with over 40 years' experience within Irish education, specialising in student placement and educational guardianship services for secondary and tertiary level students and institutions, is seeking an Educational Administrator and CRM Assistant for a 3-6 month internship (Unpaid, but local travel expenses included)

About the Internship (Unpaid, however local travel expenses included)

This role will be based at our office in Dundrum, Dublin 14 where you will be working with our samll but experienced and dynamic team of teachers, principal and student welfare officers. We preferably are looking for a University or Graduate student who has an interest in Education, CRM software and or languages for a part time or full time internship, who is looking to get training and experience in the educational and international student placement industry.

Responsibilities would include:

1. Answering phone calls on behalf of the business.

2. CRM data entry of student information.

3. Screening for vetting purposes.

4. Safe guarding of students.

5. Filling and preparing documents for immigration.

6. Setting up meetings and taking meeting minutes.

7. Host family and school visiting.

8. Logging student expenses.

9. Invoicing.

10. Organising airport transfers for students.

11. Co-ordinating social and marketing events.

 

Requirements:

1. Must be outgoing and friendly with an interest in educational and software.

2. Must be tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

3. Must have technical ability to understand and learn CRM software quickly.

4. Must be living in Ireland for the position.

5. Must be fluent English speaking with a clear, friendly and polite phone manner.

6. Must be very organised with great attention to detail.

7. Preferably have your own laptop and can drive, but being able to drive is not compulsory.

8. Having a second language is an advantage but not compulsory.

9. Previous experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
