General information
The candidates must be over 21, from the EU, and be in possession of a C2 level of English. Furthermore, having a degree in teaching, as well as some knowledge in the field of pedagogy and/or psychology is considered an advantage. It is also required to come with an Erasmus scholarship from your University to apply for this offer. Working experience is also highly appreciated.Our school is looking for an easy-going, sociable and committed employee who is used to dealing with children and teenagers.
As a teacher, you will be asked to prepare classes and activities for EFL learners following the Catalan Educational curriculum, to collaborate with other English teachers from the school in order to implement speaking activities, as well as to help with lessons in class: in primary, secondary and vocational training stages.
Flexibility is required for the working hours. As a teacher assistant, you will be working 20 hours a week in the morning and/or afternoon shift. The school will pay 400 euros for your own expenses, besides your Erasmus scholarship. Furthermore, lunch and public transport to the school will be covered as well.
