English assistant

Saint Joseph du Loquidy is a catholic private school belonging to the network « La Salle », which counts more than 2.000 students from middle-school (11 years old)  up to classe préparatoire (20 years old). The establishment is recognized for the quality of its education and the excellence of its results by the national such as “brevet des collèges” or “baccalauréat”.

Our linguistic team is composed of 14 English teachers, 9 Spanish teachers, 3 German teachers and 1 Italian, 1 Korean and 1 Japanese teacher. We are currently looking for an English assistant to join the team for a few months. We need someone who is highly motivated to teach and to share experiences and projects with the teachers. 

The presence of an assistant of language within the establishment should articulate around 3 major points:
1. work in the middle school (collège) and the high school (lycée) in co-animation with the usual professor of the class. The objective is to propose educational activities for the students. You will work with smaller groups in order to improve their oral skills and their cultural background as well.
2. lead groups of conversation of one hour with teachers or the staff of the establishment.
3. develop projects about the culture of your country of origin, or projects about the English language
