General information
IESO Joaquín Romera is a public secondary school located in Mendavia, Navarra (Spain). We teach English, French and Euskera to teenagers aged 13-16.
Our foreign language department consists of two English teachers, one French teacher and an Euskera one.
We are looking for a native or not native English language assistant who is dynamic, open-minded and has the ability to communicate effectively and to work in teams or on his/her own. Their main tasks will be to be in class together with a teacher, so that he/she helps improve the students' communicative skills through activities that enable them to know the culture of English speaking countries or any other European country, as well as to help teachers prepare the necessary materials / activities to be used in class.
There is also the possibility to work with us for the first (October to January) or the second semester (February to May).
