General information
This internship is aimed at university students, graduates and jobseekers who are interested in gaining experience in an international environment. You will get an insight into the running of a language school and learn about how we organise and monitor our teaching and learning provision.
A good level of English (C1), an interest in learning languages, and some familiarity with Google docs and drive would be essential.
This internship is paid at the rate of €400 per month. You will also receive free accommodation in our residences. This is a full-time position and weekend days will be part of your normal working week.
The key duties of the intern will be:

Support as a social programme leader, if required.

Help out with social evenings and student events in the school.

Support reception at busy times, if needed.

Phone calls, walk-in enquiries, student enquiries, student printing requests, registering students for activities, registering new students and re-registering students.

Received, signed and check deliveries arriving in the school.

Give accurate information to all internal or external enquiries.

Prepare welcome pack for all new students.

Check the general Atlas email, forward information to relevant staff and answer emails, if required

The intern will stay in the residence of the school to help with check in and check out of the student during the weekend

Conduct week one tutorials with new students.

Take new students to their classrooms on their first day.
