ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHER ASSISTANT

Balmes School is located in Palma de Mallorca (ten minutes on foot from the very city center). We have around 500 students from 3 to 12 years old. We also have a trilingual language (Spanish, Català and English) program implemented through cooperative work and other methodologies at our school. On the other hand if you are interested in Special Needs Education, we have two special units integrated in ordinary lessons.

What we expect from you is to work closely with our motivated staff in order to improve our student's English skills. We have already worked hand to hand with other foreing assistants from Texas, Scotland, Connecticut, Poland, Greece and Finland and the experience has been so intensive and positive either for teacher and children. Certanly we are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible person who loves children as we do, we could also arrange schedules for two people if you prefer (last year we had two assistants from Erasmus Intern and they did a great job and had a outstanding experienceat school).
