Responsibilities:
Helping with the Erasmus+ application and admission procedures of international and BILGI students.
Preparing data and updating excel tables, following up with the data
Archiving and keeping track of the soft and hard copies of student documents
Maintaining the office environment by monitoring inventories and other administrative tasks.
Assisting with the operation of events of exchange and international programs.
Supporting outgoing and incoming students in their preparations for exchanges.
Assisting with the marketing of study abroad programs by developing new approaches to attract more incoming/outgoing students.
Organising face-to-face consultations with students regarding visa/residence permit applications.
Cooperating with international institutions and developing new networks.
Updating and monitoring web pages and university databases.
Operating Bilgi Erasmus Office social media accounts
Requirements:
English Skills (B2+)
Knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
Good Communication Skills (you will ebe answering student qurstion by email, phone and face-to-face a lot :) )
MS Office Knowledge
Ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge about the Erasmus+ program is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Office Location: Istanbul Bilgi University Santral Campus
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 09:00 -17:00

Only students who can come under the Erasmus+ Internship program with a grant can apply.
