What the goals of Youth BCN for 2020?

  • We want to increase our impact on the local and international level by participating more and better in Erasmus +.

  • We want to attract more local youngsters by doing local actions.

  • We want to extend and improve our network of international partners.

  • We would like to increase the number of youngsters that we can send abroad for Erasmus+ projects.

  • We would like to offer a learning space for you in the field of non-formal education, project managing & youth work.

 What are the tasks that the intern may take part in?

  • To assist as a support person in the projects organized by Youth BCN and/or our partner organizations in Spain. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the international projects that we are partners.

  • To assist in the preparation of any application forms for the Erasmus + programme or any other funds programme related to the aims of Youth BCN. Also, you will have the freedom to do research in other funding programs that will help to achieve our aims.

  • To assist in maintaining communication with our international partners. You will have the freedom to explore different ways to find new potential partners for future projects.

  • To attend and participate in the project development & management meetings of Youth BCN. Where we plan applications for new projects inside Erasmus +, ongoing project updates, and other international projects where we might be partners. We organize regular meetings for project development where you can also come up with your own ideas.

  • To keep updated Social Media profiles of Youth BCN. Publishing news, and content related to the aims of the organization (open space for your creativity). Posting vacancies for participating in Erasmus + projects (training courses, youth exchanges, etc.) Posting dissemination results of the projects where we have participated.

  • To follow up participants of Youth BCN. Doing the selection of the most adequate candidates to be participants in the Erasmus+ projects that we are partners in.

 

The conditions of this announcement may vary depending on the needs of Youth BCN and/or due to the speed of the bureaucratic process between you, your university and Please, understand that this is a guidance document; details will be provided and discussed during the process of selection. Motivation letter and Skype interviews will be required.

Additional Information

We are looking for someone who knows the dynamics of Erasmus+. Someone that understands how a youth exchange or a training course works. This new team member will have the full support & backup of the Youth BCN team, but at the same time, them will be in charge of key processes inside the functioning of the organization. There is the possibility of staying in the Youth BCN team, but that will be up to you :) IMPORTANT! Please, state what is your experience with the programme Erasmus+. If you have been involved in youth exchanges, training courses, EVS, etc. We are looking for this kind of relevant experience.
