TRAINEESHIP CONTENT

  • Support in the administration of the programmes
  • Administration and organisation of documents
  • Crosschecking data and documents
  • Organising and working with spreadsheets
  • Assisting with the promotion of outward mobility
  • Office tasks: scanning, filing, archiving
  • Assistance with the programmes-based communication tasks such as newsletters, social media and online applications
  • Development of a global ambassadors scheme
  • Supporting engagement with various European projects

BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED

ISCED - 0413: Management and administration

We are looking for one trainee under the Erasmus+ Traineeship programme who is responsible and dynamic, able to comply with deadlines and work in an international environment. The traineeship will be full time at 35 hours per week.

Basic skills required:

  • Excellent computer skills and Microsoft programmes including Internet and Social Media
  • Able to use office machines: photocopiers, telephones, scanners, etc.
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English (B2 lever or higher)
  • Dynamic problem solver
  • Enthusiastic
  • A good team player
  • Able to demonstrate a professional and mature approach to work based activities and tasks
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Strong time management skills

Management, administration, economics, marketing, international relations, European studies, political sciences, business studies, etc.

Undergraduate or postgraduate student

GRANT/SALARY

The Erasmus+ Trainee must be eligible to receive an Erasmus+ grant from its Home Institution.

In addition to that the University of Westminster offers the following:

  • A £1000 monthly stipend towards to the cost of living
  • Certificate and reference letter

ACCOMMODATION

The Erasmus+ Trainee must secure his/her own accommodation.
