_____________

Are you interested in making an impact on local, national and international level, all while working in a team of motivated internationals? Does your field of study relate to business, international business, business administration, marketing, education, communication, social sciences, humanities or something alike? And are you looking for an internship where you will be able to learn and simultaneously gain valuable experience? Then an internship at IKIGAI might be perfect for you!

We help public institutions and NGOs to seek funding for innovative ideas that ensure sustainable growth and economic development, through support in the drafting and management of projects of national, community and international programmes to find the best solution to specific problems. We collaborate in the definition of the problem to be solved through a study of needs and an annual work plan. We provide free information on our website about the different calls for proposals and advise on the opportunities to maximize the use of European resources together with the requirements and options involved. We have experts who can help you with the tasks and management needed to set up European projects: searching for partners, writing forms, preparing financial sheets, organising the actions and tasks of the project, etc. We also help in all areas of project implementation: we collaborate in the technical execution, help in partner coordination actions, evaluation, control, dissemination, reporting, financial justification etc.

We've had the pleasure of hosting students from across Europe through the Erasmus+ Traineeship Program, offering scholarships for internships. This invaluable experience enhances participants' digital, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills, aligning perfectly with the evolving demands of the job market. Participants gain expertise in:

  • Drafting European Union-funded projects
  • Managing European projects and executing activities
  • Identifying calls for proposals and forming partnerships for European projects
  • Researching and developing training course content in our areas of expertise
  • Undertaking marketing, communication, and public relations responsibilities
  • Delivering presentations in English

We are looking for students and recent graduates interested in a strongly international internship starting in July/September 2024. An English level of at least B1 is preferred. Working with us will mean:

  • Gaining experience in the field of project management, as mentioned above
  • Having the opportunity to get in touch with national, regional and local institutions, such us public administrations and private companies
  • Leading our clients towards innovation through EU project planning and management
  • Working on your own professional experience, while being guided by a professional project manager

With regard to compensation: it is important to mention that we do not provide financial compensation. Interns must therefore have a grant to cover their costs of living, for example the Erasmus+ grant for international students.

With regard to the duration of the internship: the duration can be flexible. Whether you are looking for an internship of 3 months or for 6 months, there are possibilities for you within our company. We are looking for interns that can start on or before 01-09-2024.
