Description: 

Instituto IKigai is an NGO located in Zaragoza, Spain, that works in the field of European project management.
We are looking for students and recent graduates interested in a strongly international internship. Working with us will mean to gain experience in the field of project management and to have the opportunity to get in touch with national, regional and local institutions, such us public administrations and private companies, to lead them towards innovation through our main activities which is EU Project planning and management.
We already welcomed students from all over Europe, within the Erasmus+ Traineeship Program that allows you to have a scholarship for your internship.
This type of experience would have a positive impact on your students’ career, by improving your digital/entrepreneurial/leadership skills, perfectly in line with the updated labour market demands.

You will be able to learn how to:
- Draft European Union funded projects;
- Manage a European project and carry out activities;
- Search for calls and partnership for European projects;
- Research and develop contents for training courses on the topics of the company's expertise;
- Carry out marketing, communication and public relation tasks;
- Make presentations in English.

Who you are:
You are a student with interest in the writing and management of European projects, and/or education and training, and marketing.

Humanities, Training and education

Languages required: English C1; Spanish B1/B2

Mobility Period: minimum 4 months (5 - 6 months period is preferred)
No financial compensation; must have some type of scholarship (such as Erasmus+ Traineeship).

INSTITUTO IKIGAI, Asociación Española para el emprendimiento y desarrollo personal y professional, is a non-profit association that works in the field of online and face-to-face learning courses (leadership, business and personal development, team management, etc.) and Consulting in European Projects (for ourselves and for clients).
Our costumer base includes: Public administration, Companies, ONG, Foundations, learning centers, Universities.
Our vocation is to help people find their own ikigai, a japanese word that means “finding your reason for being”, especially focusing on young people to discover their own definition of success and learn the steps to have a full life Our mission is to strengthen personal development through training courses, and help institutions participating in many long-term European projects to also generate a network of European partners to facilitate the accessibility of knowledge and resources, allowing people to make the most of their capabilities.
