Event Management Internship in Barcelona - 3 to 12 Months

About us:

Erasmus Barcelona is the oldest and the most popular event management company in Barcelona. Since 2009, we have been helping Erasmus and International students to enjoy the best times of their lives in Barcelona. We are a young, motivated and multicultural team full of ideas. We create unforgettable experiences during our trips, parties and cultural events. Besides that, we also help new students to find accommodation and provide tips to adopt in a new environment.

Your Responsibilities will be

• Database creation of Attendees

• Runa an email campaign based on the attendees' database

• Email and phone correspondence with vendors, obtaining quotes, venue selections

• Must have the willingness to undergo a background check

• On-site event support required

• Assist in staffing at events

• Promote events on different Social Media channels

• Respond to Exhibitors queries

• Drafting event proposals, contracts

• Take care of our Guests ​

Our requirements are :

• A Self-motivated Personality

• An engaging communicator

• A well-organized & detail-oriented person

• Passionate about planning events and social media marketing

• Able to anticipate project needs & meet deadlines with little supervision

• Must be Flexible, proactive, responsible, good sense of humour

• Can work well independently and in collaboration

We accept interns all year long onwards for a period of 3 to 12 months, just tell us the dates that suit you the best.

The main language is English, speaking Spanish or another language is a big plus but not mandatory.
