Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administration support to the Events Operation Managers. Tasks will include:
Maintain and update databases e.g. with new client details
Maintain the project management platform, Asana as well as daily scheduling 
Managing communications with partners (cleints, artists, artist managers etc)
Main contact for communication
Logistics for travel and scheduling 
Sending travel itineraries and event information
Pre-event logistics tasks, as required

Staffing and scheduling for events Researching for project pitches
You will work directly assisting the Co-founder. Full training will be given. 

The successful candidate will be very advanced/fluent in verbal and written English and German and have:

Previous administrative experience & attention to detail is crucial
Experience using online management software and Google Suite 
Exceptional time management & organisation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Great client/customer service both telephone & face-to-face
Highly literate & numerate
A professional, mature and can-do attitude
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team and on own initiative
Keen interest in Events in the areas of electronic music and performance art 

Desirable but not essential:
Hospitality experience
