COEO is a company whose main aim is to provide the best experiences in Málaga, whether you are a tourist, an international living in Málaga or a local. 

For this reason, we are looking for interns that can help us provide the best activities, in order to create unforgettable moments and make friends in the city. 

Some of the activities provided are: beach volley, hiking, running, bike, salsa, conversation classes and yoga. 

We look for a dynamic and sporty Event and Activities Coordinator Intern that likes to stay among people and like to help organize and manage different activities. 


  • Help the member of the staff to coordinate the various events and activities;

  • Help to manage the booking of the activities;

  • Participation to the events;

  • Help to strengthen the community in a digital way and in person;

  • Promote the events and the activities of the company;

  • Support the company in all the related activities.

  • Additional help in educational activities.

Some of the Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proactive worker and professional

  • Knowledge of volleyball and sports in general 

  • Passion for learning 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and in-person - English and at least B1 of Spanish)

  • Flexibility at work (timetable, tasks etc)

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent team working skills

  • Creative and effective problem-solving skills

  • Excellent skill to assist clients with calm, courteous, and helpful manner and attitude
    *Spanish is not compulsory but it's a plus.

  • The duration can variate from 3 to 6 months.
