Job Brief:
We here at Rightangled are looking for a fun, friendly, ambitious and hardworking Executive Assistant to assist in the delivery of high-quality customer support to our users and partner health and fitness professionals.
You will work closely with the Managing Director in delivering a range of campaigns and activities to continually drive growth throughout the company.
We expect you to have experience and a passion for healthcare, technology, and personalised medicine.
Qualifications:
- Open to graduates with a Bachelors degree only, ideally in Biomedical science or a similar discipline.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer service; answering the phone, replying to emails, assisting customers and partner specialists with enquires.
- Fulfilling shipment orders and liaising with industry partners to process orders.
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Produce high quality documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Organising board meetings, events, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, handling them when appropriate and corresponding on behalf of the executive director.
- Able to work extra hours and on weekends, when necessary.
- Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management, filing and standard operating procedures.
- Provide assistance and support in other departments, when necessary.
Key skills required:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional written, organisational and oral communication skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages, primarily word, excel and powerpoint.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Honesty and reliability

Job Type: Full-time with the possibility of offering employment on a permanent basis, at the end of the internship period.
Salary: £18,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year
