Prague Raptors is an amateur Football Club that aims to make the world a better place through attractive high-intensity football. With a hugely diverse community of players and coaches from over 50 nationalities, including expats and Czechs, we value inclusion and welcome individuals of all ethnicities, beliefs, genders, and sexual orientations.

Our club includes both a Men's & Women's team, and we also strive to educate and inspire the next generation of young players. As such we are planning to grow from 5 academy sides to 10 for the 2024/25 season.

Role Description

As a Football Academy Coach at Prague Raptors Football Club, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to young players aged anywhere from 5-17. This role requires a passion for football and a strong desire to inspire and develop the next generation of players. You will work closely with our academy staff to provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the best possible training experience for our youth players. This is a contract role, based in Prague, and you will be expected to work on-site.

As we also coach in several schools around the city then there is potential for additional hours and a set salary for the correct candidates...but we also have more flexible, hourly-pay based options.

Note: We are also open to welcome football players to our adult sides.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience in football, preferably with youth players
• A strong understanding of football coaching principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for youth development and the ability to inspire young players
• A recognized coaching qualification (e.g., UEFA license) is preferred
