Your responsibilities as a French Customer Care Agent will include:

  • You will receive inquiries via inbound calls or chats within a busy customer service team
  • You will act as the first point of contact for all French language speaking clients
  • You will undertake some data entry via software programs
  • You will offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions

The requirements required for this French Customer Care Agent position include: 

  • You should be a native or near native French speaker 
  • You should have very good level of the English language
  • You should be tech savvy with fast typing and be results orientated
  • You should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
